Do we have a cartoonist?

We are looking for someone who would create a cartoon character called "Jonkey" - pictured as a stubborn donkey, who represents all the MPs over the last 13 years who, when presented with an overwhelming referendum result say they can't do anything about it because the the Referendum question was "badly worded".
